Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

We will only allow returns and refunds if there was a gross mistake in execution of your confirmed design or if our delivery service damaged your order in transit.  Please take note items that are consumed and used in the events will not be refunded.  

We can accommodate rescheduling of orders due to emergencies if we have not started work on them.  Otherwise, additional charges may be included.
