Terms of service


Ingredients: All our cake, cupcake, cookie, confectionery and bread products are made in store and from scratch.  We use Butter, Vegetable Oils, Full Cream Milk and eggs.  There are no nuts in any of our cakes, but we have some bars and cookies that contain walnuts.  For icing, we use powdered sugar, marshmallows, meringue powder, whipping cream blend, white and dark compound chocolate, shortening, and pure butter.  Fondant is made in house using marshmallows and shortening.  We use Tylose to harden certain fondant toppers to make them stable.  We use icing gel color, edible airbrush color, frosting and wafer papers and edible printer ink.  We also use store bought sprinkles, candy, jellies and mallows for some cake designs.  If you have severe food allergies, please confirm with us before placing an order. 

Non-Edible Items: Our cakes may contain floral wires and wooden sticks to keep toppers in place.  Some cakes will have styrofoam layers.  Our flowers are made with edible gumpaste but they may contain floral wires and tapes, decorative paper and thread, which should not be eaten.  

Packaging:  All our cakes are placed on paper drums or boards.  Cupcakes are baked in cupcake liners.  Small items are packed in plastic and heat sealed or tied with a ribbon.  There will be different types of boxes depending on your order.  In most cases, the boxes for small items will have an accompanying plastic bag to protect your product from the elements.  Cakes and other big products will be packaged in a box.  Please carry the boxes carefully and always from the bottom.  There may be cakes that are tied with a ribbon, but may not necessarily be able to support the weight of the entire cake.  Some boxes may have paper posts that are attached using staple wires, and some may have a separate sheet of plastic covering these posts.  

Storage:  Please check your dispatch forms for the proper storage temperature and Best Before Date assigned to your item.  

Design:  For customized items, the invoice contains all the design, flavor and logistical information related to your order.   Confirmation of the invoice and your deposit implies that you agree all the information contained in the invoice.  

We can accommodate changes to your cake design if time permits, but this may incur additional fees.  There will be no design revisions entertained AFTER the cake has already been assembled.  

We will acknowledge your pegs as inspiration for your ordered cake, but the final design will have to be in accordance with our own style principles and design capabilities.   Cake sketches / design can be added to your order but this will also comes with a separate design fee.  We accommodate only one pass of revisions for sketches. The final sketch will be sent after the first pass of revisions. 

Ordering Online and Payment:  After submitting your online form, we will send you an invoice that indicates all the details of your order as well as the total cost.  Deposit 50% of the bill to confirm your slot.  The remaining 50% must be fully paid 5 days before your order date.  For rush orders placed less than 5 days before the order date, please pay in full.  Please reply to the invoice email with your proof of payment.  Payment channels are:  Gcash, BPI, BDO, Security Bank, and PayPal.  We will reply to verify your payment.
