Shipping policy

Transportation and Delivery:  Only fully paid items will be released for dispatch.  Swell Sweets Cake Lab products are available for delivery in Metro Manila and select nearby provinces, provided they are covered by our courier partners.  Cakes and cupcakes are delivered by car, and smaller items are delivered by motorcycle. Charges are computed depending on the drop off point.  Please check our delivery charts for the assigned fee per area.

Deliveries are from  Monday-Saturday between 730am-430am, and Sundays, 9-10am.  Please allow for a 1 hour window for delivery to accomodate traffic delays.  We use the following delivery services:  Transportiy, Grab and Lalamove. You will receive a tracker for your rider prior to delivery.    

Please make sure that the delivery address, recipient name and number details are correct and complete. Swell Sweets Cake Lab is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries if incorrect details were provided.  

Client must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.  We will only leave your order with the designated recipient at your drop off point.  If nobody is available at the drop off point, we will cancel the delivery and charge for the return trip and the full price of the product ordered.  All deliveries are on point-to-point delivery basis only. Couriers will deliver the cake to your front door, curbside, or in front of your building or event venue lobby. Please assign somebody to take the items from these access points.  If you require special delivery that requires the driver to park and hand deliver your order to a specific floor or venue inside the building, then this will be additionally charged to your delivery bill. 

Clients can pick up their orders straight from the shop.  Please pick up during shop hours, from 730am - 430pm on Mondays to Saturdays, and 9-10am on Sundays.  Please make sure to provide ample space for your orders. Cakes and cupcakes are transported by car.  Cakes must be placed on level surfaces, preferably the floor, or on the chair (with additional leveling support).  Cupcakes and smaller items can be transported on the car’s seat.   Once the products have been turned over to Client in good condition, please make sure that they are delivered and stored in good condition. We will not be responsible for damages after turn over, but can conduct repairs if time permits and for an additional fee.  Please refer to your dispatch form for proper storage and transportation notes.
